I too, am totally psyched for this announcement! I’m partnering with Curious on Hudson to teach fabric and yarn craft classes this fall. I’ll be walking you step-by-step through a range of projects, including arm-knitting, weaving, Kool-aid dying and more.
These one-evening classes will provide you with the materials, the know-how and the time to make those beautiful projects that you’ve been pining for on Pinterest. At the end of each class, you’ll leave with a finished project ready to be worn or gifted. To wrap it all up, the last class of 2014 will be gift wrapping!

The very first class is just next Tuesday night! We’re going to kick the season off with an evening of arm knitting. It’s super fun, fast and easy craft that uses your arms as giant knitting needles. You provide the arms, we’ll supply the yarn and wine. No prior knitting experience required. At the end of the hour and a half class, you’ll have a stylish chunky cowl made literally from your own two arms. You’ll also leave with the knowledge to knit cowls for your friends, since they all will BEG you for their own once they see yours. Class space is limited, click here to sign up now.

Make your own stamped constellation scarf on Tuesday, October 21st. We’ll be playing with stamps, stitching, beads, markers and paint in this fun hour and a half class. Create a soft jersey scarf with your own zodiac symbol, or your favorite night sky scene. Or just stamp all over and connect the stars to invent your own constellations (we won’t tell anyone)! We’ll provide all the supplies and a glass of wine for you.

What is this Curious on Hudson place? It’s a casual, social learning center on the top floor of an old brewery in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Half used book store, half art studio, it’s a full center of crowd-sourced learning. It’s within walking distance of both Metro North and the BeeLine bus.
